Key Responsibilities


Prospect and engage contractors, construction firms, and business owners
Drive heavy outbound activity (calls, LinkedIn, email) daily
Take full ownership of the sales process from first contact to close
Follow up relentlessly until deals are won
Present services with clarity, confidence, and authority
Handle objections and push deals forward
Maintain a clean and organized pipeline
Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets


Call & Activity Expectations (VERY IMPORTANT)


50 - 100 calls per day (non-negotiable)
3 - 5 hours talk time daily
Aggressive follow-up on all prospects
Comfortable handling rejection and pushing through

₦200,000 base salary
