What You'll Be Doing?
As a Business Engineer, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers and Development teams to drive delivery across one of our in-branch platforms, specifically self-service terminals (SSTs).
Your responsibilities will include:
Owning features and releases on an assigned in branch platform, from concept through to deployment
Translating business needs into clear requirements and customer journeys, working closely with UX and BA teams
Overseeing end-to-end delivery and ensuring solutions are implemented as intended
Engaging with multiple stakeholders across the business and prioritizing competing demands on the channel
Acting as the custodian of the platform, ensuring alignment between business intent, development and delivery
Applying strong process thinking to identify bottlenecks and drive optimization opportunities
What We Are Looking For?
3 - 5 years experience in Business Engineering or Product Delivery
Proven experience working on largeÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂscale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and teams
Strong processÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂthinking and optimization mindset, with the ability to see endÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂtoÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂend impact and the ability to think critically about where automation and intelligent tools can remove friction, improve efficiency and enhance client experience
Confident stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to present and challenge senior stakeholders when needed
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
Curiosity and openness to emerging technologies, including AIÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂenabled decisioning and automation, and how these can be applied to improve processes and customer journey
Qualifications
Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational
A relevant engineering qualification, preferably in industrial chemical, chemical engineering or any other engineering discipline
