Role Description:


This is a full-time Business Executive role based in Ibadan with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client and team engagements with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Executive will identify and engage prospective clients, present Adron Homes' estate offerings.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, and providing timely updates to management.
The role also involves achieving sales targets, building long-term client relationships.
The Business Executive will represent the brand professionally, uphold company values, and provide feedback from the market to support product and strategy improvements.


Qualifications


Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Client relationship management skills, including prospecting, follow-up, and providing clear, professional customer support.
Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain property features, pricing, and payment plans in clear terms.
Basic marketing and networking skills to promote estates through in-person outreach, referrals, and digital channels where applicable.
Comfort using productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking software) and mobile communication applications.
