Business Finance Specialist at Zoomlion Kenya Limited

Key Responsibilities


Develop and manage working capital financing solutions tailored to client needs.
Lead asset finance operations, including structuring, pricing, and portfolio management.
Drive market development strategies to expand business in construction machinery financing.
Build and maintain strong client relationships across corporate and SME segments.
Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and reporting to support decision‑making.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design innovative financing products.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in finance, Banking, Economics, or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in banking, financial leasing, or asset finance.
Strong expertise in working capital management and asset financing.
Proven track record in market development and client acquisition.
Experience in financial business related to construction machinery is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
