Job Description
The main purpose of the role is to plan, deliver Cambridge International Curriculum to learners in line with the pedagogy of Cambridge International Education, under the guidance of the subject Head of Department, School Principal and the School Administration according to the values and ethos of the Catholic Church.
To teach and educate students according to the educational needs, abilities and attainment potential of individual students entrusted to his/her care by the Head of school or school authority.
Responsibilities

Contributes to and shares responsibility for the realization of the vision and philosophy of the school
Demonstrates and promotes the positive values, attitudes and behaviors' that are expected from all members of staff
Is aware of and works within the schools policies and framework relating to teachers' responsibilities.
Creates a classroom environment that is conducive to learning, is developmentally appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students and maintains an organized and focused learning environment.
Infuses joy and passion for learning in lessons so that students are excited and interested in their academic excellence.
Be accountable for students' mastery of content and academic standards.
Maintains positive, constructive and professional relationship with students, their families and colleagues.
Required Skills/Characteristics
Must be a practicing Catholic who embraces the teachings of the Catholic church.
Degree in Education
3 years teaching experience in the Cambridge curriculum
Flexible and open to change - you handle uncertainity and complexity well.

According to salary scale.
