Summary


‎Are you experienced in business development, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships? We are looking for a results-driven professional to join our team.


‎‎Job Responsibilities


‎Develop and implement business growth strategies
‎Identify and secure new business opportunities
‎Build, manage, and maintain strategic partnerships
‎Manage and grow existing client relationships and accounts
‎Drive revenue growth and meet business targets
‎Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership plans
‎Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
Source and secure sponsorships for our yearly GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) events, including identifying potential sponsors, developing tailored sponsorship packages, and managing sponsor relationships from outreach to close.


‎Requirements‎


‎Relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or related roles is highly important
‎Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
‎Ability to source and close business opportunities independently
‎Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
‎Professional and result-oriented mindset
‎Experience in recruitment, consulting, or service-based industries is an added advantage
Experience sourcing sponsorships for corporate events, conferences, or industry summits is an added advantage


Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related roles is highly important
Professional certifications (e.g. PMP, CIPM, or GRC-related qualifications) are an added advantage.


Skills:


CRM & sales tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales pipeline management tools.
Microsoft Office/Google Workspace: Strong command of productivity and reporting tools.
Financial & budget management: Ability to manage sponsorships budgets and track ROI.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to source and close business opportunities independently
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Professional and result-oriented mindset.
