Ellasot Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable company seeking a competent and detail-oriented Business Manager to oversee its daily operations, improve efficiency, and drive Business growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the organization meets its financial and strategic goals.
This role combines leadership, financial management, and operational oversight to improve efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Budgets, Financial planning, and cost control measures
Develop and implement Business strategies to achieve company goals
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across departments
Analyze Business performance and prepare reports for senior management
Identify Opportunities for growth, expansion, and improvement
Coordinate with different departments(Sales,Finance,HR)
Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to meet targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Proven experience in Marketing or administrative roles (2-5 years experience)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong Customer service relationship skills
Analytical thinking, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Social media/Digital marketing skills, and Networking
Ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment.
