Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Business Manager to lead and grow our bakery operations. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales growth, manage production planning, coordinate vendors, and supervise staff while ensuring high product quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Requirements
Proven experience in business management, operations, or retail/food services
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic financial and operational planning skills
Strong communication and customer service orientation
