About the Role


This role goes beyond routine supervision, it requires a commercially minded leader who can optimize operations, grow revenue, control costs, and align all departments toward business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to hospitality operations within nightlife, lounges, or clubhouse environments.


Key Responsibilities
Business & Revenue Management:


Drive revenue growth across the Lounge & Clubhouse through improved operations, sales strategies, and guest experience
Work closely with Lounge Managers, Floor Managers, and Sales Teams to increase guest spend, table sales, and repeat patronage
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and KPIs
Identify revenue leakages and implement corrective actions


Operations Oversight:


Oversee end-to-end operations across all units, ensuring smooth daily functioning
Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are implemented and consistently followed
Coordinate operations across bar, service, security, maintenance, and support teams
Conduct regular operational audits to ensure efficiency and compliance


People & Performance Management:


Lead, mentor, and evaluate managers and supervisors
Drive a performance and accountability culture across teams
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development
Enforce discipline, professionalism, and service standards


Cost Control & Inventory Management:


Oversee stock control, inventory movement, and wastage management
Monitor expenses and implement cost-reduction strategies without affecting guest experience
Ensure accurate stock taking, reconciliations, and reporting


Brand, Experience & Standards:


Ensure the Lounge & Clubhouse deliver a consistent, premium guest experience
Support brand positioning, repositioning, and experiential initiatives
Ensure ambience, cleanliness, safety, and presentation meet brand expectations


Reporting & Strategic Input:


Prepare and review operational and financial reports
Provide insights and recommendations to management on performance improvement
Support management in scaling operations and improving business structure


Requirements & Experience


Proven experience as a Business Operations Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role within hospitality, lounges, clubs, or premium service environments
Strong understanding of nightlife operations and revenue dynamics
Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and operational efficiency
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Good looking and customer centric.
