Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to drive the planning, development, and execution of brand and product initiatives that support business growth.
The role involves gathering market intelligence, supporting salesforce performance through effective product and brand strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams on new product launches, and ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery of marketing programs.
Continuous field engagement, monitoring, and evaluation of brand activities are required to optimize performance and adapt to market dynamics.
Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy: Identify business opportunities, drive product strategy, and support market expansion initiatives.
Product Marketing & Communications: Develop marketing materials (print and media), prepare product presentations, coordinate expert meetings, and create training resources and promotional content.
Field Force & Sales Support: Train and support business development teams, manage product launches and projects, develop competitive strategies, and oversee portfolio management and partnership decisions.
Portfolio Development & Expansion: Lead new product partnerships, develop promotional materials, manage pricing strategies, and support advertising and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bsc/HND (Biological Sciences/Health Sciences), B.Pharm(Bachelors of Pharmacy) or its equivalent
MBA or Msc in Marketing or Management
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales/marketing role of pharmaceutical products
