Responsibilities
Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, human resources, accounting, office equipment, bills, errands, stationaries, vendors, scheduling of meetings, appointments and so on.
Manage daily business operations, policies and procedures, human resources and accounting.
Manage office budget, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Coordinate onboarding process for new hires and establish production KPIs and assessments.
Plan in-house or off-site activities like parties, celebrations and conferences.
Take into account, the needs of internal and external stakeholders and incorporate them into strategic plans.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.
Ensure legal compliance for the organisation.
Ensure a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realise our established mission and objectives.
Coordinate the organisation's administration system and general workflows.
Liaise with consultants to coordinate recruitment and training for staff and clients.
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organisation.
Requirements and skills
Proven experience working as a Business Operations Manager or similar role.
Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office - MS Excel, MS Word and others.
Hands on experience with office machines, like computers and printers.
Familiarity with office software like ERP, Accounting, inventory management, email scheduling tools, etc.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
The ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets.
People oriented and results driven.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Relevant certifications or MBA could be a plus.
Familiarity with AI tools can also be a plus.
BSc in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources Management, MBA or relevant qualification and experience.
