Job Summary


We are seeking a results-driven Business Operations Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and commercial performance of our clinic network across Nigeria. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving efficiency, standardizing services, and supporting network expansion.


Key Responsibilities


Operations: Oversee daily clinic operations, standardize processes, and ensure high-quality patient experience
Revenue & Growth: Drive revenue targets, execute growth strategies, and support business development efforts
Financial Management: Manage P&L, optimize costs and pricing, and monitor profitability
Leadership: Lead clinic and operations teams, drive performance, and support staff development
Compliance & Quality: Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and patient safety standards
Process Improvement: Enhance workflows, implement systems, and drive data-driven decision-making
Customer Experience: Improve patient satisfaction, retention, and manage escalations
Expansion: Support new clinic rollouts and identify growth opportunities

Revenue growth and profitability
Operational efficiency and clinic utilization
Customer satisfaction and retention
Compliance and quality standards

Requirements

Education:


Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field
MBA, MHA, or MPH is an added advantage


Experience:


8 - 12 years in healthcare operations
Experience managing multiple healthcare locations in Nigeria
Proven track record in scaling operations, revenue growth, and team leadership


Skills & Competencies:


Strong financial and P&L management skills
Multi-site operations experience
Data analysis and performance tracking
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial mindset


Ideal Candidate


Experience managing clinic networks, diagnostic centres, or HMOs
Strong understanding of healthcare delivery and business performance
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage multiple locations
