About the Role
We're building a talent pipeline of Business Process Engineers and Business Engineers to help us design smarter operating models and clientÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂcentric processes at Capitec. If you thrive on turning strategy into scalable, measurable change using Lean, Six Sigma, TOC and Agile ways of working, join our pipeline to be considered for upcoming roles.
Our engineers work across retail, business banking, and insurance contexts to create a unified view of the client. You will need to understand complex client relationships, data structures, and how data flows through systems. The role requires an understanding of business processes, client onboarding,ongoing due diligence, and client offboarding.
Our Ideal Candidate
A minimum of two years of experience in business process engineering/ business engineering
A educational background in engineering, preferably industrial engineering or any relevant engineering qualification.
Articulate solutions clearly to stakeholders
Proven track record of understanding and solving complex business problems, particularly from a client's perspective.
Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Ability to design and optimize business processes, with a focus on data quality and client experience.
Qualifications (Minimum)
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
A relevant post-graduate qualification in Information Technology or Engineering - General
