Job Duties / Responsibilities


Identify prospective clients both Corporate/individual groups and take steps to provide their needs profitably.
Review Company's product/services by carrying out marketing research of the Company's product to determine the competitive nature of the products in the market.
Develop rapport with the existing clientele and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions/services to the potential clients.
Maintain detailed information about Clients in the network.
Gathering information from clients, assessing their insurance needs and risk profile.
Drafting of Contract papers for prospective Healthcare providers as deemed fit.
Carry out Actuarial calculations as the need may arise.


Qualifications / Requirements
A successful candidate must have:


A Bachelor`s Degree or HND in Business Admin. or other related fields.
At least Post NYSC experience should be 3 years minimum.
Work experience with an HMO will be an advantage.


Skills:
Qualified candidates must have:


Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational and managerial skills.
Knowledge of computer operations.
Efficient customer relations and retention skills.
Ability to take initiative with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
