Job Responsibilities
Assist in preparing, mixing, and portioning bakery products according to recipes and standards.
Support bakers in baking, decorating, and packaging products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, tools, and equipment.
Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients as needed.
Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards.
Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and receiving supplies.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head Baker or Production Supervisor.
Requirements
Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food production environment is an advantage (but not mandatory, training will be provided).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions carefully.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays when required.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle bakery equipment.
Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 per month.
