Job Summary


Vitel Wireless Limited is currently recruiting Call Centre Agents across the six geo-political zones in Nigeria for its Digital Delivery & Logistics Department.
The ideal candidates must be highly fluent in the major language spoken within their geo-political zone and possess excellent communication, persuasion, and customer engagement skills.
This role requires individuals with strong sales and convincing abilities who can effectively engage mobile agents on the company's platform, encourage active participation, drive SIM card order placements, and follow up consistently on sales performance.


Key Responsibilities


Contact and engage mobile agents registered on the company platform.
Convince and encourage agents to actively place SIM card orders consistently.
Follow up on agents' sales performance and SIM card activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to drive continuous sales.
Keep accurate records of calls, agent activities, and order updates.
Provide support and guidance to agents where necessary.


Requirements


Minimum of OND or HND qualification.
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call centre operations is required.
Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills are highly essential.
Must be highly fluent in the language of their geo-political zone.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
This role is strictly for candidates based in Lagos.

Compensation


Monthly Salary: N100,000
Performance-based commission applies.
