This job is responsible for handling customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) to provide support, resolve issues and provide information on available products and services.
Key Responsibilities/ Duties / Tasks
Handling members queries and offering utmost support through telephone and email.
Providing relevant information on membership, products, services and solutions
Online member Recruitment.
Activation of dormant accounts.
Cross-selling of Sacco products.
Any other duty assigned from time to time by the supervisor
Academic qualifications
Bachelor's degree in public relations, Marketing and Mass communication and any business-related course.other
Professional Qualifications/Membership to professional bodiesMarketing Society of Kenya.
Previous relevant work experience required.
