Responsibilities


Promote NIIT ICT programs to students, schools, and professionals via outreach, calls, WhatsApp, and campaigns.
Drive enrollment by converting leads into paid registrations and meeting monthly targets.
Advise clients on tech career paths and certifications in simple, relatable terms.
Host open house sessions and provide one-on-one guidance on course relevance and outcomes.
Follow up on student payments, negotiate payment plans, and support tuition compliance.


Requirements


Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Experience in education sales, client advisory, or community marketing.
Proficient in Excel, CRM, and WhatsApp marketing.
Passionate about tech education and helping people choose the right career path.
