Key Responsibilities
Door Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain door handles, cylinders, and engines to ensure proper functionality and security.
Building Framework Construction: Construct and install building frameworks, including windows, walls, floors, and door frames, ensuring precise measurements and durable construction.
Carry out structural alterations, including building or dismantling partitions and wooden frameworks.
Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on existing wooden structures and fittings.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment requirements in all tasks.
Relevant work experience / Qualification:
NABTEB / Trade Test qualification in Carpentry or a related field.
3 - 6 years of proven experience as a Carpenter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and building codes.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
