Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders clearly, and answer questions about menu items (e.g., shawarma wraps, toppings, drinks).
Order Processing: Input orders into the POS system accurately and communicate them to kitchen staff.
Handling Payments: Accept cash, card, or mobile payments, give correct change, and issue receipts.
Menu Knowledge: Understand ingredients, combo options, pricing, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the cashier area, counter, and dining area clean and organized.
Order Coordination: Call out completed orders and ensure customers receive the correct items.
Upselling: Suggest add-ons like drinks, fries, or extra toppings to increase sales.
Stock Monitoring: Notify management when items like wraps, drinks, or packaging are running low.
Daily Cash Handling: Balance the cash register at the start and end of shifts.
Skills & Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
