Job Summary
As the Cashier, you will be responsible for handling all customer transactions accurately, processing payments, and ensuring excellent customer service in line with hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
Receive and process payments via cash, POS, and other approved payment channels
Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records
Reconcile daily sales and submit reports at the end of shifts
Attend to customer inquiries and ensure a smooth payment experience
Requirements
Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in any related field
1 - 3 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in hospitality or F&B
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
