Key Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to security breaches or suspicious activities.
Report incidents promptly and accurately to the relevant authorities and supervisors.
Maintain logs and records of all surveillance activities and incidents.
Coordinate with security personnel on the ground during emergencies.
Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report faults immediately.
Follow company protocols and standard operating procedures at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma or Certificate in Security Management, Criminology, IT, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a CCTV control room or similar role.
Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and security software.
Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.
Good communication and report writing skills.
