Key Responsibilities
Monitor live CCTV footage of the supermarket premises at all times
Identify and report suspicious behavior, theft, or security breaches
Maintain confidentiality of surveillance information and footage
Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report faults immediately
Record incidents accurately in the security or incident logbook
Support loss-prevention efforts and internal control procedures
Provide CCTV footage or reports when required by management or authorized personnel
Adhere strictly to company security policies and data privacy guidelines
Escalate security incidents promptly following approved procedures
Carry out other lawful security-related duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of OND certificate
Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in security is an advantage
Must be tech-savvy and smart
High level of alertness, discretion, and integrity
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Good observation and reporting skills
