Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in centre / branch operations, preferably in healthcare or fertility services
Strong leadership, people management and customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
Knowledge of IVF / fertility services is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure efficiency and quality care
Lead, motivate and manage the centre team to achieve targets
Ensure exceptional patient experience and satisfaction
Monitor performance, generate reports
and ensure targets are met
Manage centre budgets, expenses andresource allocation
Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical and safety standards
