Workable is looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of its workspaces and deliver an excellent member experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily centre operations and facilities.
Lead and support the centre team.
Manage suppliers and service providers.
Drive member engagement, occupancy, and renewals.
Monitor centre KPIs and take ownership of P&L performance.
Build a welcoming community and ensure a seamless member experience.
Requirements
4 - 6 years' experience in hospitality, flexible workspace, or another service-led environment.
Strong organisational and people-management skills.
Commercially aware with a focus on performance and results.
Warm, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
