Qualifications
Experience & Education
Minimum 8 - 10 years in insurance brokerage or healthcare leadership is a must.
Proven experience launching a business unit, startup, or new division.
Experience working within a group of companies or multi-entity structures.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare; MBA is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Ability to build systems independently.
Existing executive-level relationships with major health insurance carriers.
Expert at shifting between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
Familiarity with modern CRM tools
