Job Summary


We are seeking experienced Channel Development Managers to drive residential market expansion and strengthen dealer performance.
The role combines strategic trade marketing, channel development, and sales performance management to accelerate market share growth across assigned regions.
Preferred Background
Candidates must have prior experience working with leading consumer electronics or home appliance companies such as:
Highly Preferred:
Fouani, Samsung, Midea, SIMS, Somotex
Alternatively Acceptable: Deekay & Sons, Skyrun, TCL, Jamara, CGCL

Key Responsibilities


Expand and strengthen the dealer network within assigned territories.
Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners to improve market penetration.
Conduct regular dealer visits to promote brand value and drive product visibility.
Drive sell-out growth per dealer and improve sales velocity.
Monitor and analyze sell-in versus sell-out performance to optimize stock movement.
Improve regional distribution coverage and penetration.
Track dealer performance and implement corrective action plans where necessary.
Implement branded display corners and ensure strong in-store visibility in key outlets.
Execute trade marketing initiatives to increase brand dominance in retail channels.


Requirements & Qualifications


4 - 7 years experience in channel sales or trade marketing within consumer electronics or home appliances.
Strong network within the Lagos and/or South-South markets.
Proven track record in dealer development and territory expansion.
Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and market trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
