Market & Consumer Insights
Leverage shopper and consumer insights to design effective displays, messaging, and promotional strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, retail best practices, and competitor activities to optimize channel performance.
Share insights with internal and external stakeholders to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Data Analysis
Provide analytics from customer & Market data such as distribution & competition etc.
Budget & Vendor Management
Manage ISM (In-Store Marketing) budgets, moving plans, vendor relationships, and agency performance to ensure cost-effective execution.
Track vendor payment requests, ensuring compliance with internal financial and operational standards.
Channel Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to drive joint sales and revenue growth with distributors, resellers, and sales partners.
Identify and implement effective distribution channels, promotional programs, and in-store initiatives to maximize product visibility and market share.
Align channel strategies with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistency across touchpoints.
In-Store Marketing & Execution with Channel/Partner
Design and implement in-store strategies, including fixtures, POP displays, and promotional materials.
Negotiate premium product positioning and secure retail visibility with key customers.
Monitor in-store rollouts, prepare progress reports, and ensure alignment between in-store and online experiences.
Campaign Development & Partner Enablement
Collaborate with digital marketing and agency partners to create engaging and brand-consistent content.
Support partners in developing their own marketing campaigns and mentor partner marketing teams.
Coordinate and execute industry campaigns, trade shows, and in-store events to strengthen channel engagement.
Reporting
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on distribution, competition to management
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate closely with field sales teams to ensure successful channel execution and alignment with sales goals.
Work across product, brand, and digital marketing functions to deliver an integrated customer experience.
Act as a brand advocate and industry expert within the channel partner ecosystem.
What you must Have
College or University Degree in Marketing or Digital;
Proven Data analysis skill and experience
Advanced MS Excel skills
Strong multi-tasking & project management skills, comfortable in a fast-paced environment;
Strong communication skills, detail oriented;
Data-driven mindset - you love numbers and figuring out what they mean;
