Job Responsibilities


Identifying and onboarding channel partners to enhance market penetration and expand market share.
Supervising product sales activities to align with organizational objectives.
Ensuring appropriate placement of new products within designated channels.
Meeting predetermined sales targets in terms of volume and value through primary sales to
Direct Channel Partners on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Stimulating secondary sales by managing Channel Partner inventory and providing monthly reports.
Monitoring Channel Partner inventory levels and delivering monthly reports.
Taking full responsibility for Channel Partner accounts and addressing all related issues, including sales.


Job Requirements


Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2 - 5 years of experience in Channel/Distribution sales function in the role of a sales executive or sales officer inPower Products and Power backup Solutions, Consumer Durable goods, Small Domestic Appliances, Electrical Goods, Power Generators.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel.
Good Communication skills.
