Job Summary
The role will focus on expanding market coverage, driving product sales, strengthening partner relationships, and ensuring effective product availability across assigned territories.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in channel sales, distributor management, and indirect sales, with the ability to support partner performance and execute market development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage strong relationships with distributors, dealers, resellers, and retail partners.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
Support channel partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and promotional materials.
Drive sell-in and sell-out activities to improve product movement across channels.
Monitor partner performance against agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct regular partner visits and business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability and market support.
Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing trends, customer feedback, and territory opportunities.
Support the execution of channel promotions, incentive programs, and brand visibility initiatives.
Resolve partner-related issues, including pricing concerns, stock challenges, and customer escalations.
Maintain accurate records of channel activities, sales performance, and partner updates using CRM tools.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on channel performance and market activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and channel agreements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 - 7 years' experience in channel sales, distributor management, indirect sales, or territory sales.
Prior experience managing or supporting distributors, dealers, resellers, or retail partners is required.
Strong understanding of channel sales operations and partner performance management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to conduct field visits and manage sales activities across assigned territories.
Strong reporting, market intelligence, and sales tracking skills.
