Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of at least 10 active sales representatives/marketers
Deliver monthly loan acquisition targets and expand the Nairobi Check Off loan portfolio
Oversee staff performance through structured field activations and corporate client engagement
Ensure compliance with lending processes, documentation standards, and client satisfaction
Build strong relationships with organizations for smooth payroll deduction processes
Champion Mwananchi's values of integrity, accountability, and service excellence
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years' proven experience in Check Off loans, payroll lending, or microfinance services
Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and managing productive sales teams
Strong track record in portfolio growth, lead conversion, and client retention
Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills
A results-driven leader with a reputation for professionalism and trustworthiness
