The incumbent will be involved in servicing a lounge, overseeing their family-style restaurant, and garden grill. The ideal candidate is expected to bring creativity, leadership, and operational efficiency to a dynamic setup.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Proven ability to design and execute diverse menus.
Creativity in developing seasonal, family-friendly, and grill-focused dishes.
Strong understanding of food presentation and flavour profiles.
Overseeing the food preparation, cooking and cleaning processes.
Ability to undertake staff recruitment, training, and supervision.
Ensure food quality control and customer satisfaction.
Compliance with food safety standards.
Experience in leading multi-outlet kitchen teams.
Delegating tasks and resolving issues as they arise.
Liaising with the employer to ensure operations run smoothly.


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:


Minimum 5 years in a senior kitchen role in an established facility.
Culinary degree or its equivalent.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with outdoor or live grill setups.
Ability to adapt menus for dietary needs and seasonal ingredients.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
