Our client is hiring a Female Chef to prepare high-quality meals, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and ensure efficient food service operations.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing a variety of local and continental dishes, possess excellent culinary expertise, and demonstrate professionalism in kitchen management.


Responsibilities


Prepare and cook a variety of local and continental meals to high standards
Plan menus and ensure meals are nutritious, appealing, and cost-effective
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and food storage areas
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the purchase of food supplies when necessary
Manage meal schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service
Minimize food wastage and maintain efficient kitchen operations
Adhere to company policies and health and safety regulations


Key Requirements


Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, or any related field is an added advantage
Proven experience as a Chef with a strong portfolio of local and continental dishes
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication and organizational skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
