Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
Minimum 3+ years experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant
Strong skills in food preparation, portion control & costing
Experience handling à la carte service
Strong leadership and teamwork in the kitchen
Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
