We are a reputable hotel with branches in Lagos and other cities in the country,providing excellent hospitality services.

Due to expansion,we require the service of the following in our situated in Ikorodu area of Lagos:

The right candidate shall be responsible for:


Menu planning, overseeing all the kitchen operations and manage kitchen inventory and train kitchen staff.
Keeping up to date with industry trends and checks the quality of ingredients .
Keeping a sanitize and orderly environment in the kitchen
Monitoring kitchen stock,place order,and take stock of ingredients and ensure the kitchen is stocked with necessary supplies.
Determining with his/her team,the planning and great presentation of dishes.
Proper set up of work station with all cooking equipment.
Supervising a steady flow of dishes and creating dishes to add to the menu
Ability to prepare both continental and local dishes ,with good knowledge of pastry,barbecue point and kill and other related dishes.


Candidate must reside in Lagos presently. Accommodation available for successful candidate.
