Key Responsibilities


Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across
Practical Safety: Lead safe and effective laboratory experiments, ensuring students develop strong technical and analytical skills.
Student Growth: Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to help every learner reach their full potential.
Innovation: Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum with creative resources and modern teaching methodologies.
Extracurricular: Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the wider school community (e.g., Science Club, STEM initiatives).


What We're Looking For


Qualification: A degree in Chemistry (or a closely related field) and a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE).
Expertise: Deep subject knowledge and a genuine love for Chemistry.
Communication: The ability to explain complex concepts—like PV = nRT or the intricacies of organic synthesis—in a clear and relatable way.
Resilience: Strong classroom management skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
