Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and the Board.
Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements and coordinate external audits.
Manage cash flow, and banking relationships.
Oversee student billing, fee collection, and receivables management.
Monitor procurement processes, operational costs, and expenditure controls.
Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team.
Provide financial insights to support strategic planning, school growth, and capital projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
Experience in the education or non-profit sector is preferred.
Experience in an international school environment is an added advantage.
