Key Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the Group's monthly financial reporting and consolidation processes.
Coordinate and oversee interim and annual financial reporting.
Analyse financial performance and business drivers, identify process and cost-saving opportunities, and implement improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Provide technical accounting guidance, monitor changes in accounting standards and legislation, and ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory requirements, and financial governance practices across the Group.
Supervise, develop, and support finance employees.
Support the delivery of Group Finance objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications and experience: Relevant Bachelor's degree. Registered CA(SA). Minimum 2 years' relevant post-articles experience. Experience with Group financial consolidations and financial reporting. Experience preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Experience working with auditors and managing audit deliverables.
