Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at VFD Group

Requirements


12-15 years' experience in microfinance, retail, or MSME banking, with at least 5 years in leadership
Proven track record building and managing microfinance or community banking portfolios
Strong understanding of CBN microfinance regulations and risk management
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Banking or Economics (MBA preferred)
Professional certification (CIBN, ACIB, Chartered Banker) highly desirable
