Key Responsibilities
Oversee engineering operations & maintenance systems
Supervise contractors & ensure safety compliance
Manage budgets, costs & departmental resources
Lead, recruit, train & evaluate engineering team
Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC & utilities systems
Implement preventive maintenance schedules
Inspect building, equipment & carry out repairs
Drive energy saving & conservation programs
Ensure machines & equipment are in top condition
Support projects, renovations & hotel improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering
10+ years progressive maintenance experience
Experience in 5-star hotel environment preferred
Pre-opening hotel experience is an advantage
Strong HVAC, plumbing & electrical knowledge
Leadership & team management skills
Budgeting & cost-control experience
Strong communication & multitasking ability
Computer literacy & systems knowledge
