Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
A Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Management, Health Administration (MHA), Healthcare Innovation (MHI), or a related field from a recognized institution.
Relevant professional certification and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
Minimum of fifteen (15) years management experience, with at least ten (10) years in senior leadership within a hospital setting.
Prior experience in a mission hospital is highly desirable.
