Our client a group of company is seeking to fill the vacant position of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all financial activities of the group. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, financial reporting, capital management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role will work closely with the executive leadership team and board to support strategic growth and long-term financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the organization's financial strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and executive leadership.
Oversee preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and tax laws.
Manage cash flow, funding requirements, and relationships with financial institutions.
Oversee internal controls, financial governance, and risk management frameworks.
Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CPA, or CFA.
MBA or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is an advantage.
Minimum of 15 years progressive financial management experience, with senior leadership experience.
Strong experience in corporate finance, financial strategy, and regulatory compliance.
