Interested candidates should possess a professional accounting qualification (ICAN, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) required; an MBA or postgraduate qualification in finance, real estate, or a related field as an advantage with a minimum of 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior roles spanning capital markets, banking, or corporate finance; real estate, infrastructure, or industrial sector experience is strongly preferred.
