We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, developing strategies to enhance financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team and the board of directors.
Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
Manage the preparation of all financial reports and present findings to management.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
Direct the organization's financial goals, objectives, and budgets.
Oversee investment and capital planning activities.
Manage financial risk and implement internal controls.
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
Lead and mentor finance team members across subsidiaries.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA is required.
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management, and budgeting.
Experience in the construction or real estate sector is an added advantage.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
