About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and drive the organization's long-term growth, profitability, and sustainability.
The ideal candidate will combine strong corporate finance and treasury management experience with proven executive leadership capabilities, bringing a track record of capital raising, business transformation, value creation, and strategic decision-making at the board and executive level.
This role requires more than traditional financial reporting and accounting expertise.

Professional qualification: CFA plus ACA or ACCA.
Minimum of 15 years' progressive finance experience.
At least 5 years in a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent executive leadership role.
Strong experience in:
Treasury Management
Corporate Finance
Debt & Equity Financing
Capital Raising
Taxation
Financial Modelling
Governance & Risk Management
Financial Reporting
Experience within manufacturing or other import-dependent sectors is highly desirable.

Strong corporate finance and capital markets experience
Hands-on treasury management within a private-sector organization
Experience leading debt and equity fundraising initiatives

Experience evaluating and leading investments, business expansion initiatives, acquisitions, partnerships, or corporate transactions.
