Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred) with a minimum of 17 years progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in a senior HR leadership role in an oil and gas servicing firm.
