Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing services and operations.
Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staff.
Support budgeting for nursing staff, equipment, and supplies.
Lead initiatives that promote patient safety and service excellence.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
BLS/ACLS certification.
Certification in Quality Improvement is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar leadership role.
