Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, sharp, and ambitious young talent to join our ecosystem as an Associate Product & Project Manager.
Working across our diverse portfolio, including IMÒ Talent, Doheney Services, HR Expo Africa (HREA), and Menopause @ Work Africa, you will support the end-to-end lifecycle of initiatives that redefine HR and talent management in Africa.
This hybrid role is designed for a high-potential individual who thrives at the intersection of product innovation and operational execution across multiple brands.

The Opportunity:

You won't just be managing tasks; you will be shaping products and platforms that transform how organisations and talent across the IMÒ and Doheney networks experience change.
We value learning over launching and speed over perfection.
If you want to work in an environment where your decisions directly impact the growth of leading HR platforms and pan-African conferences like HREA, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution:

Lifecycle Management: Support the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects from commencement to completion.
Workflow Optimisation: Coordinate daily activities with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Progress Tracking: Monitor schedules and report progress, risks, and delays to senior management.
Stakeholder & Growth Support
Ecosystem Alignment: Help align diverse teams across our brands from the technical needs of IMÒ Talent to the event-driven requirements of HR Expo Africa around a coherent vision.
Feedback Loops: Analyse usage data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and iteration.

Core Requirements

Education: Minimum of a first degree from a reputable institution.
Experience: 1 - 3 years of professional experience in Product Management or Project Management.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with product analytics or project management tools.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex problems for different audiences.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

HR & Ecosystem Experience: Background in HR Tech, Learning & Development, or familiarity with our core brands like Doheney Services or HREA is a significant advantage.
Startup Mindset: Experience in early-stage environments where you have had to build rituals from scratch.

Skills & Competencies:

Sharp Problem-Solving: Ability to define and solve problems under pressure.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on quality, safety, and documentation.
Proactive Learner: A "self-starter" mentality with a willingness to learn complex systems quickly.
