Role Overview
The Chief of Staff will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO, providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support.
The ideal candidate must have prior executive-level experience and a strong background in marketing, with the ability to drive initiatives, manage priorities, and ensure seamless execution of the CEO's agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor and right-hand to the CEO on strategic and operational matters
Coordinate and manage executive schedules, meetings, and key business priorities
Drive execution of strategic initiatives across departments
Support business growth through marketing strategy development and implementation
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents for executive decision-making
Oversee administrative functions and ensure operational efficiency
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
Proven experience in an executive-level role (e.g., Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, Operations Lead, or similar)
Strong background and hands-on experience in marketing
Exceptional computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong administrative and organizational skills (compulsory)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
