Job Summary


The Chief of Staff is the Group CEO's strategic partner and execution lead, responsible for translating the CEO's vision, priorities, and business objectives into actionable results across the organization.
Acting as an extension of the CEO, the role drives cross-functional alignment, executive accountability, strategic project execution, and performance management across all business units.
The position ensures that key initiatives are effectively implemented, organizational priorities remain on track, and the CEO is empowered to focus on growth, innovation, and strategic leadership.


Core Responsibilities
Strategic Execution:


Translate CEO priorities into actionable plans and deliverables.
Drive execution of strategic initiatives across all business units.
Monitor implementation of executive decisions.
Maintain and manage the Group strategic project portfolio.
Track business transformation initiatives and escalation points.
Ensure strategic initiatives remain on schedule and within scope.


Executive Governance:


Coordinate Executive Leadership Team meetings.
Prepare executive agendas, reports, and briefing materials.
Maintain decision logs and executive action trackers.
Monitor completion of executive commitments.
Escalate risks, delays, and implementation gaps proactively.
Ensure accountability for agreed actions across departments.


Performance Management:


Develop and maintain executive dashboards.
Track organizational KPIs and strategic objectives.
Analyze business performance trends.
Coordinate quarterly and annual business reviews.
Prepare performance reports for the CEO.
Drive accountability through data-driven performance discussions.


CEO Office Leadership:


Lead the Office of the CEO as a high-performance execution hub.
Manage the CEO's strategic agenda and priorities.
Protect CEO focus by filtering and prioritizing issues.
Coordinate executive communications and stakeholder engagement.
Prepare strategic presentations, board papers, and briefing notes.
Support internal and external executive relationships.


Business Transformation & Growth:
Lead and monitor variousstrategic initiatives including:


Strategic Partnerships
Continuous Improvement Programs
New Business Development Opportunities
Relocation and Infrastructure Projects


Experience Required


8 - 15 years of progressive professional experience.
Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership, strategy, operations, consulting, project management, or Chief of Staff role.
Experience working directly with CEOs, Founders, Managing Directors, or Executive Leadership Teams.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and business transformation projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience developing and monitoring KPIs, dashboards, and executive performance reviews.


Preferred:


Experience within healthcare, professional services, hospitality, luxury services, consulting, education, or multi-site operations.
Experience in scaling businesses and managing growth initiatives.
Exposure to corporate governance and executive board reporting.
